## What ORlogic does

ORlogic is a SaaS platform for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. It has three integrated engines:

- **Scheduling Engine**: Connects to existing scheduling systems (UKG, Symplr, QGenda, EZCall, Amion, Lightning Bolt) or provides built-in scheduling. Serves as the data foundation for predictive perioperative operations.
- **Staffing Intelligence Engine**: Forecasts surgical volume and staffing imbalances weeks ahead across MDs, CRNAs, OR nurses, Preop, PACU, and Phase 2 recovery. Identifies problems before they happen.
- **Air Traffic Control Engine**: Day-of command center with a live board of every case and room, real-time adaptation to add-ons and delays, and integrated messaging for staff coordination.
