ORlogic helps leading health systems optimize operating room staffing by accurately forecasting surgical volumes. Our mission is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance clinician well-being through AI-powered predictive analytics.

Our Story

Our team experienced firsthand the daily challenges of aligning staffing with unpredictable surgical volumes. We saw how inefficiencies led to wasted resources, clinician burnout, and suboptimal patient care. Existing scheduling tools told us who was scheduled — but not how many should be scheduled.

We built ORlogic to close that gap. By combining AI-powered forecasting with seamless integration into existing staffing and scheduling workflows, ORlogic helps leaders better match actual surgical demand. The result? Smarter staffing decisions, better resource utilization, and a more sustainable work environment for clinicians.
